Mr. Hemant Shetye, aged 55 years is founder member of HS ASSOCIATES. He is Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India & also a Commerce & Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He became member in 1989 & Since in Practice for more than 3 decades. He is also registered with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India, New Delhi as Insolvency Professional since 2019. He has successfully completed the “NISM-Series-II-A: Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents- Corporate Certification Examination” as required under the SEBI (Certification of Associated Persons in the Securities Markets) Regulations, 2007. He has also passed examination to enrol himself in Independent Director Data maintained by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He brings along with him rich experience in Corporate Laws. During his Practice, he was associated with many corporates in assignments such as IPO, mergers & acquisitions, take overs of listed & unlisted entities, Corporate Restructuring, Preferential Allotments, Buy Back of shares & other Corporate Actions. He also carries with him experience in appearing before various Statutory Authorities such as NCLT [erstwhile CLB], Regional Director, SEBI. |

Ms. Uravshi Rathi holds bachelor’s degree in commerce and associate member of ICSI. She has also completed CA-IPCC of ICAI, New Delhi.
She has corporate and professional experience as Company Secretary in field of corporate governance and legal compliance. She has excellence into corporate law, MCA filing, business management, direct taxation and indirect taxation, capital markets, trademark, internal audits, due diligence reports etc.
She has rich experience in handling corporate law matters, direct taxation and GST Matters. She has represented various Govt. departments like income tax, gst department, mca etc. She provide advisory services on accounting of transactions.

Piyush A Gohel, is Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and hold PG Diploma in Investment Banking with 12 years of expertise in ensuring corporate governance, regulatory compliance including Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, FEMA and administrative excellent. |

Kunal V Sakpal, is Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. He has about 7 years of experience in ensuring compliance of matters relating to the Listing Agreement, Takeover Regulations and Companies Act, 2013. |
